This is a subway ad for the Maternity Mark, a pink button pregnant women can wear to alertother subway riders that there is a Baby in the Belly.

    because people who weren't going to give up their seat to the visibly pregnant woman will now be jumping out of their way to move for a woman wearing one of those pins?
