Two great tastes that...

This is "cheese chocolate from Hokkaido."

It's chocolate made with cheese. What kind of cheese? "Processed." (This is a common answer to that question, at restaurants or cafes.)


How does it taste? Not so great.

  1. well, I liked the thinking behind it. maybe it's too soon for you to be experimenting with dairy, Japan.

  2. I found that for some reason, if you stuck them in the freezer and then ate them in their freezer state, the cheese flavor came out a bit more, making them a bit better.....probably too late to try, I think Japan's moved on to a new fad already
