Tokyo taxi fare calculator

Here's a taxi fare calculator for Nihon Kotsu cabs. I'm posting it here so I can find it quickly if I ever need it again. (The fixed price to Haneda Airport is cheaper than the per-km fare (though still outrageous. Taking a cab to the monorail is cheaper still. Etc.)) Nihon Kotsu also has a smartphone app on that page you can use to call a cab on the fly. Hey, use your blog however you want.
