Ostrich Land

We made an unscheduled stop to visit Ostrich Land in Solvang on the first day. There were so many signs with warnings all over the farm that by the time I got my dustpan of pellets to feed the ostriches, I won't lie -- I was pretty wary of them.
We made a lot of unscheduled stops like this. That's why it took four days to drive from LA to San Francisco. That's also why our trip was great.

I like it because Purchasing orchids can be very simple. Many local grocery stores sell the moth orchids already potted and ready to go home with you.Plant nurseries sell many versions of orchids and they can also tell you the best ways to care for your orchids.Although these are the most common orchid types, they come in numerous colors and shapes and add beauty to any home.
