Oh yes I miss mine, I left it outside my favourite shop in Tokyo when I had to come back to the UK... Ill get another and its coming home with me next time!
I've thought about smuggling one out of the country, but not sure how it would go. Too long for a suitcase, too unwieldy for carry-on... would security let you just carry it through if you could be bothered? I'm sure they one you left outside the shop has gone to good use.

I dont know what the policy is on umbrellas as far as airlines are concerned, but im going to sneek one if I can next time!
